Summit Haven is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home is in Breckenridge’s desirable Warriors Mark neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes; or you can hop on the free shuttle at the stop just outside the home! Inside, the home features an open concept with the living area, dining room and kitchen flowing together seamlessly. The living area has a large flat-screen TV set above a rock fireplace that’s perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite movie or show. Just outside, the deck has a barbeque grill and private hot tub, making it the perfect place to relax winter or summer.

The kitchen is beautiful, with gorgeous granite counters and new stainless-steel appliances. It's fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up mountain meals to keep the troops fed and happy. There’s room for six or eight at the gorgeous wood slab dining room table, and room for four more at the kitchen island/breakfast bar.

You’ll also love the private 2-car garage, washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. We had a great stay at this location - the house was just as billed - modern inside, plenty of room for my family, great hot tub! It was also right across the street from the shuttle stop which made coming and going to the slopes super easy and accessible. We loved it!

Great Location, Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, clean, and convenient. Free shuttle stop right across the street, two car garage that fit our vehicles perfectly, and a washer/dryer so we could cut down on packing. My group loved the large selection of beds and all the amenities like the dishwasher and fireplace, but especially the hot tub. Would stay here again in an instant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Summit Haven and hope to come back again! We were a group of 12 adults and kids. The layout of the home was perfect and each family was able to have their own bathroom. The brown shuttle bus stop is directly across from the house, so that couldn't have been easier to get to the gondola, main street or Peak 9 when it was open. We also walked to main street several time, nice walk if the weather is nice. The hot tub and backyard area were great. The garage had a nice setup for ski/boot storage. Only suggestion would be if the owners could declutter the items in the kitchen a bit so that at least one cabinet and/or drawer could be used for groceries/snacks that we brought for the group. We had a great stay and hope to come back again!

Wonderful Family Home

My entire family stayed in this beautiful home for our holiday and it did not disappoint. The home is split level with all the necessities for your getaway. The location is great and right across from the Brown South bus stop for easy access to town and the slopes. Price was high but we definitely felt it was worth it!

Amazing getaway

As a family we were able to hunker down in the snow storm in lavish stay. The soaked tub fantastic for soaks after a long day on the snow. Plenty of family friendly activities for all ages we were able to complete the Cinderella puzzle as a group. Lastly fully equipped kitchen to social distance in the cabin with home cooked meals.

Annual Family Ski Trip

Would highly recommend. Very nice place, accommodated our large group comfortably. Love the location…free ride bus stop to slopes and downtown shopping/restaurants at the end of the driveway was so fast/convenient…never had to drive anywhere. Our first night we noticed the hot tub hadn’t been serviced but they sent someone out right away to fix the problem …so we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

The main thing was the oven did not work. We had hired a private chef for Saturday night and she wasn’t able to use the oven. It would get up to a certain point then die again. We had someone out to look at it and he said he would need another part. We didn’t want to disrupt the chef so we decided to just try to go with it. It ended up not working so we used the grill. I’m not sure if we could get a partial refund for that since we weren’t able to use it at all. Everything else was good, it’s a good house.
