The host was a management company that did not really know the property. They relied on the property's staff to provide service, which was ok. They provided ski lockers, and our locker was cleaned out by the property's staff twice - once we found our property at the front desk and the second time our property was in the middle of the ski locker room. There was no explanation, when asked, why this occurred. So I would not stay there again due to the inability to safeguard our assets.

We love Beaver Run, but our room smelled so badly of fireplace smoke (despite not using the fireplace) that we ultimately had to find another room which Beaver Run was very gracious to accommodate. The room itself was beautiful, cozy and clean.
