The receptionist at desk was exceptional. I do not know her name but she wore glasses. The was there several times when we came to the desk and she always greeted us with a smile. She was there Sunday morning when we checked out.

The only drawback for us is that our van height is 7ft 5in, and this is the exact height of the parking garage. Fortunately there was a vacant spot in front of the lodge, but this makes the parking a bit iffy for us in the future. Otherwise its a great place to stay to enjoy Breckenridge.

Excellent location, free garage parking, employees super friendly. Rooms however could use an update. Beds were old, carpet was dirty and smelled musty, shower curtains were too short for shower, I guess whomever installed them didn’t care they were wrong size and ok with water going all over the floor.

Price was great. Nothing special about room or facility. Bed was reasonably comfortable No drinking water glasses. Only one coffee mug in room, but the coffee we made in the pot was pretty good. Now outlet near bed, to plug stuff into, as you tend to see in older places.

We have booked this property for one queen bed and a sofa bed for my family of 4. The Room came with full size bed and located at under the kitchen island, no bed frame! It was very uncomfortable to sleep. My husband and I hit our head on the island When I request change of room, there were no room available.

Embarrassingly tired property. 10 to 12 inches between the end of the bed and the wall made it difficult to navigate the room. The exterior of the building looks pretty decent, actually. Inside was not good. I don’t know that this property could even be updated at this point.
