Our room was clean and plenty big enough. The front desk staff was friendly. There was plenty of breakfast available but most of it was cold. Our reserved king room ended up needing repairs so they gave us a double queen room and comped our parking for the night which was a nice benefit to the room swap. Overall a good stay - close to restaurants and shops. Very walkable location!

Nicest Marriott Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at and a great location right next to Breckenridge Ridge Brewery (one of my happy places) and easy walking distance to Main St restaurants, bars and shops. Also walking distance to The Maggie for skiing.

It was not our favorite place to stay. Hotel staff was not very friendly and overall it was noisy in the hallways. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choices. We must have overlooked the daily parking rate 40$ which we thought was high. Would not stay there again or recommend.

The rooms are great for an extended stay, and the location is good too. Very disappointed with the additional charges for parking ($40 day plus tax) and the $40 destination fee. And there is an addition $100 for a pet. The combo dilutes any perceived "summer deal."

We are a family of 5. We arived right before check-in at 4 didn't get a room until 6:15. Room we received had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't shut. Took multiple hours to fix. Stayed during the week in the summer which I know is off season but they seemed perpetually understaffed. Breakfast was typical, pool and hot tub were nice amenities. Location is great.

I would love to give this place a good rating. The room advertised at $185. However the final bill was 250. All the taxes were one thing but they charged 40.00 for parking and 40.00 for a " destination fee" twice for a one night stay. Very very disappointing

The hotel was fine. We scheduled this vacation a month before and had reserved two rooms withe king beds and the manager changed our rooms to two queens for our rooms. We were a little disappointed and they could care less. Just a heads up, if you order through a third party they will not respect your reservation.
