The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is conveniently located at the Breckenridge Ski Resort on Peak 7 in Colorado’s Tenmile Range. Guests are just mere steps from the Independence SuperChair with easy access to the ski area’s 2,200+ acres of terrain. In addition, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 sits on the BreckConnect gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, which provides direct access to Peak 8 as well as to historic downtown Breckenridge.

Adding to the ski-in/ski-out convenience of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, guests can leave their skis and snowboards at the ski racks located at the north west gate of the resort or in the back by the QuickSilver SuperChair. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Sevens restaurant or come inside to warm up before venturing back out onto the slopes again. In addition, each residence at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 includes a complimentary ski locker for guests to use during their stay. Ski lockers are located on the first floor at the north end of the south building.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 features four private movie theaters. Each movie theater is equipped with state of the art video technology and is operated by using a touch screen pad to select a movie or to watch Direct TV.

Theaters 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor of the south building inside the family fun center. Both Theaters 1 and 2 offer eleven recliners and two oversized beanbags.

Theaters 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor of the north building. Both theaters 3 and 4 offer seven recliners and two oversized beanbags.

The maximum occupancy for theaters 1 and 2 is 13 guests and for theaters 3 and 4 is nine. Movie theater reservations are made in three-hour increments every day, with the first theater reservation time slot starting at 9 a.m. The movie theaters close at midnight.

The fitness center at Soothe boasts unparalleled views for the health-conscious to enjoy during their workout. All of the weight training equipment is from Technogym, known for building commercial-grade apparatus often used in Olympic training facilities.

There are individual televisions and iPod docking stations in each piece of cardio equipment. The Kinesis cable crossover machines by Technogym are being touted as the “next step” in this type of exercise equipment.

Anyone who receives a treatment at Soothe can use the entire fitness center on the day of their spa and/or salon services.


The Family Fun Center features arcade-style games like Dance Dance Revolution, Bowling and Cruising USA, as well as a ping-pong and a pool table. In the summer, guests can enjoy outdoor shuffle board. The games at the Family Fun Center at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 are open every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.


The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers its guests the most luxurious amenities including multiple indoor/outdoor pools including a children’s pool, an adults only relaxation area, The Grotto and landscape inspired hot tubs.

The first floor indoor and outdoor aquatics and locker rooms are open every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pool towels are provided in each residence at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Please note that children under the age of 12 years old that are staying on property must be accompanied by an adult when using the pools and hot tubs.

In addition to the pools and hot tubs, the resort offers conveniently located gas BBQ grills in the outdoor aquatics area for guests to enjoy. There is also a large outdoor fire pit that can be turned on by the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 staff by request.

As if that isn’t enough, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 completes the ultimate vacation experience with an exclusive amenity that can’t be found anywhere else in Breckenridge. The Grotto is an enticing, adult-only enclave with a hot tub, waterfall, sauna and steam room located on the ground floor of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, inside the pampering Soothe Day Spa. The Grotto is open every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
