The inviting living room features a brick-style fireplace, a new flat-screen TV, a beer cooler, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day of mountain adventures. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. With its quiet, secluded setting and updated finishes, this condo is an inviting home base for your Breckenridge getaway.

Guests have access to the shared Columbine Pool, located approximately a five-minute walk from the unit. The complex also offers a free shuttle bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area without driving. Pool access is seasonal: the pool typically opens from Memorial Day through Labor Day and again from mid-November through ski area closing day. Please note that the pool is scheduled to be closed September 28 through October 30, 2026.

The condo was a perfect space for our family of 4 to settle in for a quick ski weekend. It was super clean inside upon our arrival, well appointed and was a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift and into town for dinner. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, close to downtown. Perfect size for a small group —we were two friends traveling and loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was spotless and well maintained. The gas fireplace in the living roomwas a lovely surprise. Although we did not use the gas grill, and the pool/hot tub were closed for routine maintenance, this condo has luxurious amenities that many don’t. The surrounding area has pristine views and magnificent vistas. And great hikes up VERY HIGH slopes!!!

Wonderful condo!

Our family of five had a wonderful experience staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really loved how close it was to Main Street. We cooked several meals during our stay at the place had everything we needed to grill out, cook and eat. The complex was quiet and it was a quick walk to the pool and hot tubs-it was never really crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy mountain condo

We stayed in this location for 7 nights. It was located very close to downtown Breck. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in between hiking and day excursions. The only complaint I would have is that the deck area is very small and not very private. The indoor space is updated and very nice, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice relaxing place!

This is a nice condo; bathrooms are great!! The beds were a little soft for us but ok overall. The photos are a bit misleading in terms lightness and size but we were very pleased in general. Biggest plus: SUPER QUIET!!

Nicely renovated and convenient

The property has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We liked being able to walk to the slopes and to town, and the hot tub/pool area was nice. We were surprised we needed to pick up keys intown since most places we've rented recently have door codes, but the check in process was pretty quick and we were able to get some info on the area from the front desk.
