Beautiful property and great location with walking distance to main st. One recommendation is for the hotel to offer basic free coffee for guests in the mornings instead of selling Americanos for $6

Alpenrock is a nice place. Our room was perfect looking out at the mountains. A bit of a problem with housekeeping communication. Please note, they do not begin to tidy the rooms until 11:00a. Make sure you review the shuttle drop off / pick up procedures.

The hotel has a mandatory $55/night parking fee, which was not ideal to find out after the fact. Otherwise it was a clean hotel with very friendly staff. We were in town just on a whim for the day, I would have stayed somewhere else as the pricing did not reflect the experience.

Great hotel and location but don’t understand the design. It was very annoying to take an elevator from the 3rd floor lobby to the 5th, walk a maze of hallways, get in another elevator to go up to the 6th, sometimes more walking and a third elevator to get to the 9th floor where we stayed. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars

The hotel was beautiful but the beds were terrible. The bartender was awful he kept ignoring us. Served us pizza with no plates or napkins. Food wasn’t very good. Parking was way overpriced. I probably won’t return since it was rather expensive.

The place was wonderful. Only problem I'm having is getting final billing summary sent to my my email. Its been just a couple of days so I'm hoping they figure it out. The restaurant. Edwards. Cooked up a breakfast for us. The eggs on the eggs Benedict dish we ordered were the size of quall eggs??? and the sauce was also kind of a mystery .For $24 we felt kind of ripped off. The rest of the place was fantastic!
