Terrible experience in the restaurant for dinner over worked kitchen staff waited for over hour for the entrée after appetizers. Food was un edible Manager comp meals however definitely ruined the evening really can’t understand how a hotel cannot provide adequate food service to their guests and if the kitchen is running late, how long does it really take for a pasta dish and a half roasted chicken ?

The room we were given was on the eighth floor. It was a room reached after walking hundreds of meters and changing elevators twice. Considering that elderly people like us already have difficulty breathing at high altitudes, you can imagine how difficult it must be to reach a room after walking hundreds of meters. We went back to reception, explained the situation to the receptionist who had greeted us coldly, and this time we were moved to a room on the fifth floor, accessible by a single elevator, with a very limited view. From the very first evening, we encountered a shuttle problem. They handed us a piece of paper and told us to connect to the internet and arrange a shuttle from there. What nonsense! This morning, when we used the hairdryer, the bathroom fuse blew. We arrived at the room at 3 pm and found it still hadn't been fixed. The next morning, the hairdryer tripped the fuse again. The mess, but the worst part is waiting for half an hour in freezing cold for the shuttle. Unfortunately, my wife caught the flu. Even worse, she can't visit her mother, who was urgently hospitalized, to avoid infecting her. I don't think I need to write anything more.

Everything was really great except for the first night. When we arrived, I had already done the mobile check in. I stopped at the desk to ask if there was anything else I needed to do. The front desk attendant said no and proceeded to tell us to go up one floor. We then realized the elevator was broken. I went back to the desk to ask if there was another elevator and he oh it’s just yeah just up one floor on the stairs, sorry about the elevator. It actually ended up being 2 floors. He never mentioned there were other elevators or where they were. It wasn’t until the middle of day 2 that we noticed there was another elevator that would’ve led directly to our room. It wouldn’t have been a big issue, but it was a ski trip meaning our suitcases were heavy. It would’ve been nice if we were directed to the other elevator.
