Grand Colorado is a luxury resort with all the amenities you’d want while enjoying the beautiful town and ski resort of Breckenridge. Only steps from the chairlifts and gondola on Peak 8. The lodge has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, spa, gym, private theaters, restaurant, bars, concierge, gift shop, game room, ski/snowboard lockers, underground heated garage, complimentary shuttle service, etc. This unit is the Breckenridge model, 3 bedroom, which consists of 3 lockoff units: master and two suites, about 1,700 sq ft total (1 bd about 900 sq, suite about 400 sq ft). In addition to the 3 king beds in each bedroom, the living area in each unit (master and 2 suites) also has a pullout sofa sleeper for a maximum of 12 guests. The master unit has a fully furnished kitchen while each suite has a kitchenette. Each of the 3 full bathrooms are stocked with amenities. There is no daily maid service; however, if you stay the full week (7 nights) there is a midweek tidy included. You can always request fresh towels and linens, and bathroom/kitchen amenities. Extra cleaning for a fee can be arranged with the front desk. Depending on the location of your unit which is determined by the resort, there may be a balcony or patio. Three parking spots in the underground parking are included with your rental. EV chargers are available for a fee. Check in is at 4 pm and checkout is by 10 am. Late checkout at noon is available for a fee and can be arranged at the front desk. You can drive into town or choose to take the resort's complimentary shuttle or hop on the gondola which operates around the ski resort's mountain hours.

A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
