The living room offers comfortable furnishings with a mountain theme in front of a gas log fireplace. For entertainment, catch up on some movies on the TV with a DVD player in the living room or watch TV in privacy in either the main suite or guest bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens to the dining area with a large dining set. The main suite has a big bed, a private balcony, and a second TV. The guest bedroom has nice views from the windows. The spacious loft area has more windows and views and acts as an additional sleeping nook.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
