This listing is for 1 week !!!!!!l, I have a few winter weeks available in 2027. Sleeps 8. Minimum stay is 7 nights. This is a 5 star timeshare resort, and these are weeks that I own. This is a spectacular resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. The 2 bedroom unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also another studio unit attached with a queen bed and another sleeper sofa. You may also get one rollaway. There is a washer / dryer in the unit. There is a full kitchen There is underground, heated parking with 2 spots. There is onsite Wifi.

There is an onsite ski shop and restaurant.

The resort has multiple outdoor and indoor hot tubs, and pools. There is a restaurant, and a ski shop on site. There are 4 movie theater rooms, available to reserve. This resort is ski in / ski out a bit off the beaten path. The resort has an on call shuttle that will take you around town or to get you to the lifts a bit easier. Must be 21 or older, with a credit card.

The fees are all inclusive and there are no resort fees. This is a timeshare resort, but since I am renting it, there are no required tours.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. excellent shuttle service

the location and shuttle service/drivers made the stay great, and I would stay here again for ski in/out convenience. Though I wouldn't use the Snowflake trail to ski home [upload okay], the shuttle pick up at Beaver Run made it simple to return back to Grand Timber.

Wonderful stay with great amenities

Had a wonderful week at this property. The amenities were just what we expected and we had no issues. The shuttle service was very helpful.
