This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is great for families or groups of up to five people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and huge windows with mountain views; there’s also a sunny patio area just outside. Imagine watching the gondola drift by your window as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the roaring stone fireplace! The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and accessories you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and cozy mountain meals. The dining table seats four.

You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at the adjacent One Ski Hill Place Resort. Other amenities include easy bus or gondola access to town, complimentary Wi-Fi, and garage parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. This cozy little unit is literally steps away from the chair lift at Peak 7 - you cannot beat it. It's got great proximity to restaurants and the gondola to take you into town! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and will come back soon.
