All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. The unit offers access to the Columbine Recreation Center, situated steps away. The Center features an outdoor pool, four hot tubs, and more. It re-opened for the season on 10 October 2025.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cherry wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cherry wood doors throughout the unit, etc. Others have suggested we might have gone overboard with our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.

Just to let you know, the gas grill, previously located on the balcony of this unit, has been removed due to insurance reasons. The gas grill fire restrictions are sweeping Breckenridge's condominiums and townhomes.
