After a day on the slopes or trails, relax on the private patio with peaceful wooded views. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private en-suite bath. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.

The location is truly unbeatable. You’re just a 5-minute walk from the base of Peak 9 and a 7-minute walk to Breckenridge’s Main Street, filled with charming shops, restaurants, après-ski spots, and nightlife. Scenic hiking and biking trails, along with the tranquil Blue River, are just steps from your front door.
