Situated above Breckenridge on picturesque Baldy Mountain, Charter Ridge 60 is a spacious multi-level townhome ideal for groups and families who want room, comfort, and beautiful alpine surroundings. Four bedrooms sleep up to ten, and incredible ski area views open up from the living spaces and deck. The free shuttle on Baldy Road is a four minute walk, connecting you to Breckenridge and all of Summit County, with the slopes about four miles away and Main Street roughly the same. After a day of skiing, warm up beside the gas fireplace, fire up the gas grill for a mountain dinner, and slip into the private hot tub as the stars come out. Endless winter adventure begins right out the back door with miles of cross-country and snowshoe trails. With a garage for gear and generous living space, Charter Ridge 60 is a comfortable Baldy Mountain basecamp.

LOCATION – This townhome is located in the Charter Ridge complex above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. The free shuttle is located nearby that gives you access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Endless activities abound year-round with miles of cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the back door.

AMENITIES – There are three bedrooms including a master king bedroom, two queen bedrooms with additional sleeping space in the den. The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won't want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, soaking in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Great Place For Our Ski Trip

We stayed her during the first week of January. The property is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, maintained. We enjoyed our time. Also, I had worried about the ski shuttle before arriving. It is a piece of cake. There is an app to monitor shuttle timings. The stop is less than a 10 minute walk.It snowed while we were there. The snow was cleared within a few hours.

Family ski vacation

Wonderful views, comfortable spacious 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house allowed everyone to spread out and congregate for family times. Hot tub great after skiing/snowboarding all day. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk uphill for ski/town shuttle. Down to house not too bad but a little of a challenge walking uphill to shuttle with skis - snowboard not bad. Radiant heat a little of challenge moderating - especially downstairs - downstairs peep slept with windows open. Overall a great stay. We would definitely rent again.

Charter Ridge 60

The property was clean and very nice. The staff at Pinnacle were very nice and responsive. The coffee maker didn't work and they were fast to replace it the next day. What I did find disappointing was the hot tub. One of the main reasons we chose that property. The water was cloudy right from the start. The bromine dispenser was practically empty when we got there. Between my wife and I we made 4 phone calls or texts to Pinnacle to get a Hot Tube service man to the property, we also sent pictures to them. I also told them it was low on water. I have no doubt that Pinnacle made the calls to whomever services the Hot Tub. Needless to say, they never showed up, the water remained low and very cloudy. I would suggest to the owner that they find a better pool company to service their Hot Tub. Very disappointing !

They were prompt to send over door codes and stuff on check-in day, and we had a small issue with hot water and they had a maintenance guy there within 30 minutes to fix the problem. I would definitely use them again and recommend Charter Ridge 60 if you want a nice, spacious, EXCELLENT view, hot tub, and overall amazing experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Radiant heat was issue. The bottom level went up to 78 degrees. That’s not acceptable for sleeping or getting ready. The maintenance staff came over twice to try and fix it. Their solution was to sleep with fans and open the window. We even turned off heat but it was still hot and sub zero outside ! If the heating issue was solved I would recommend place. Buyer beware.

Quiet, peaceful and the view

This was our second time to stay at the property and we really enjoyed it again. The location is serene and peaceful. It's close to the Baldy trailhead as well as easy driving distance to Breck. Highly recommend the property for those who want to relax.

The perfect home base.

We had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was centrally located to all of the activities we did- hiking, fly fishing, and kayaking. We ate the majority of our meals at the property. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely return for another stay.
