Summary:

HIGH STREET COTTAGE - Lovingly updated, and furnishings that make a statement in this charming home. The large living area is perfect for your après ski gatherings with an entertainment area as well as a comfortable reading/game hangout. The dining area seats 6 plus a breakfast bar which seats 3. This house serves as a great home-base for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet residential neighborhood while providing the accessibility of all that Breckenridge offers.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 King bed (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2 Queen bed and two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4); Extra Sleeping Queen size pull out sofa sleeper in living room and two extra twin size beds for overflow guests or kids. Please note that the backyard is not fenced in at this property.



The Neighborhood:

Cozy and adorable, this cottage style home is conveniently located in the Breckenridge historic district. With this location, you are truly in the center of it all, but have the peaceful surroundings of a real neighborhood. The home is located just two blocks from the free shuttle service stop that takes you to the Gondola, Peak 8, and Peak 9, and the best hiking trails in Breckenridge lay right outside the back door. Carter Park, a popular sledding hill and volleyball area, is just a three minute walk from the front door.



Getting Around:

Catch the airport shuttle from DIA to the doorstep and you are central enough to everything, no need for a car! Or, come to Breckenridge, park your car in front of the house, and relax in this tastefully decorated home.

One dog possible with approval and $250 one time pet fee paid.



Cancellation Policy: Reservations become partially non-refundable once the initial payment is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival and is also non-refundable once paid.

Great location and very comfortable

My family and I stayed here to explore the skiing and couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is very clean, well appointed, and perfectly located. My 6 year old was SO happy with the Legos and games. The claw foot tub was a nice touch as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming cottage perfectly located

As advertised the best of Breckinridge was easily accessible from the cottage. The house itself was perfect for us and our two little dogs. We’ll stocked kitchen with plenty of paper goods which are always necessary! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the charming atmosphere. We hope to return soon!

Breck stay

We loved our stay! Management was responsive when we called about ice removal, the execution took a couple days to complete. A few light bulbs were burned out but the house was terrific! We will be back!

Very clean, ideal location, charming little bungalow! We never heard from the property managers except when we had to call them one time, and they were very prompt. My boys loved all the games and legos!

Nice house!

We really enjoyed the house, and all of the ways that the property manager prepared for our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an entire two weeks (paper products, dish and laundry detergents, trash bags, spices, coffee filters…) and the living areas felt roomy. The street was quiet but we were only a 6 minute walk to Main Street. We have stayed in four different properties in Breckenridge and would choose this one again!

Our Yearly Breck Ski Trip

We stayed close to 2 weeks and Mother Nature dropped a lot of snow!!!☃️❄️☃️❤️ GREAT LOCATION to town, grocery/liquor stores and restaurants. Short walk to the bus stop which dropped us off at the gondola, so we rarely used our car. Someone plowed the driveway and shoveled our step and walk way almost on a daily basis due to the amount of snow. The house was stocked with PLENTY of towels/extra blankets/ soaps/shampoo etc. Great house great location and will definitely stay again😍

Not very pet friendly

We loved the house. It was so clean, perfectly stocked kitchen, and close to everything. We did not love the list of rules on the side of the fridge. Specifically the one stating dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I believe you should either be pet friendly or not. I would never stay somewhere that had this stipulation in the original listing.

Comfortable property in an excellent central location

The house was spacious and the kitchen well equipped for 4 people. The bathrooms are excellent and beds reasonably comfortable. The location is excellent, just up the hill from the centre of town and all the bars, restaurants and amenities. The Dog Park is just down the road for any furry friends.

Nice little house

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was great for our family of 4 (2 grown children) plus our dog. While we had to give the master to the kids (multiple beds in the master) - it worked out for all. Everything worked in the property and we liked the location.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful home, perfect amount of space for us! Loved the short walk into downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we were so close to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Plus, we appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog. Would stay here again.

Perfect for small family

We stayed during the summer. It was great location to Main Street which was perfect to walk to for meals and shopping. We loved being able to bring our dog. Added bonus is it is right down the street from a dog park!

The perfect spot

This is our second time to stay at the high Street cottage. We loved it so much the first time, we knew we had to come back. The location to Main Street is perfect and the house has everything you would ever need during your stay. The small backyard is a great addition and is a great place to grab coffee or have dinner in the evening. The home is always pristine, comfortable and very well taken care of. Fonda is great at communication and the check-in / check-out process is extremely helpful!

Lovely historic district cottage

High street cottage was lovely, kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, walk to bus easy, and nearby Carter park a joy for our dogs! Thanks for being dog friendly! We only drove once all week (to grocery store). High street sits back off of main st and is quieter than other sites in the national historic district. Managers were easy to contact and accommodating. We will stay here again! (We’d love to know some history on the cottage!).

We truly enjoyed our stay! Everything in the house was functional, we had all supplies we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and there was lots of parking in the driveway. I liked the non-resort feel of this house. Even saw some wildlife!

Cozy, clean, and convenient cottage style house close to main street! You will love!!

This house was the perfect place for my family to stay over Thanksgiving. The house was wonderfully cozy, clean, and warm with everything we needed to share some overdue family time. We spent many nights playing games and walking the dogs down on main street. During the day we would head over the Gondola and up the mountain to ski. Everything was close and convenient. You will love your stay here!
