A charming stone house in a small village

House in peaceful village 2 km from the city center of Auray.

This village is about 15 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan, beaches and islands to discover without moderation, and to enjoy your leisure activities: fishing, water sports and idleness.
The cinema and swimming pool can be reached 10 minutes walk away by the village path. The shops and the local food producer are nearby at the bottom of the village. .

This farmhouse is welcoming and spacious, it offers you beautiful spaces in two parts L, with two enclosed gardens.
First floor next to the kitchen: 1 large bedroom (with closed/private mezzanine) WC and private bathroom.
Then above the living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with shower/toilet and the other with shower/sink.
The village is quiet. A safe place to rest.
I accept small pets at no extra charge, I take a cleaning fee that I return if the house is suitably clean when the keys are handed over.

Super maison idéalement située

Très belle maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Jardins et terrasse très agréables. Très calme. Situation idéale pour visiter la région sans faire trop de kilomètres. Hôtesse très sympa, disponible. Séjour parfait.
