It took 20 minutes for someone to come check me in as she was on her cell phone talking in the back. The beds are horrible. Pillows were so bad. Towels had big holes in them, no hair dryer, no iron. Will never stay here again.

The staff was nice. Excellent price, but the interior is pretty basic and it had dirty walls and a there was hole in the bathroom wall. It was nice to have the mini fridge & microwave.

BREA Regency Stay

Our stay was good. Very close to the event venue we had scheduled for that evening. The room updates were good. It was pleasant for the one night we needed. Both night stand had ports for wife and I to each charge our devices. No need to share ports. Bed was comfortable, bedding was crisp and clean. Only two pillows but both were sufficiently plump for a good night's rest. Shower was clean and water ran hot right away. The towels could have been fluffier/thicker/newer but they worked. Lastly, the room had an excellent mini fridge, a microwave, but no coffee maker. The coffee shop was a block away. An easy walk after checkout.
