My room was a handicap room. The only thing I did not like was the shower faucet water would dribble down the metal flex arm onto the bathroom floor. Free happy hour (2 drinks) was good, wish they had fresh popcorn, free breakfast was good, wish they had fresh pancakes

The room was ok. I would say the cleaning staff did an ok job of keeping our room clean as could be despite all of the previous persons hairs around the room. The toilet seat that was crooked and did not fit the seat was uncomfortable. The breakfast was great until sitting in the dining area me and my husband started to get bit by an unknown presence? I showed the front desk and they were pretty unsympathetic. I doubt we will stay here again.

We felt the hotel was very relaxing and had a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and lounge in the very large lobby atrium area! The reception in the bar was a nice touch with some snacks and drinks. The hotel was very clean and our room was quiet and spacious!

Had to speak to the front desk about our room’s numerous carpet stains. Was surprised that the housekeeping staff would consider it ready for occupancy! The complaint was graciously received and by the time we got back to the room that afternoon, the carpet was stain free. We appreciated the quick response.
