Recently refurbished, this spacious, dog-friendly holiday home is ideal for families, with a large garden, generous living space and easy access to Saunton Beach and the wider North Devon coast.

This property is pet friendly and accepts 2 dogs. Linen and towels. Electric heating. Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. Travel cot and highchair available. Garden furniture provided. Private parking for 3+ cars. Electric vehicle charging on site- Additional charges apply. Maximum capacity is for 6 adults and 2 children. Arrival & departure for weekly bookings is Saturday.
Outside
The large lawned garden is perfect for relaxing, playing games or enjoying time together outdoors, with a separate enclosed area for dogs. Bi-fold doors open onto a spacious patio, ideal for alfresco dining or morning coffee with a view. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach, and a separate garden building houses a table tennis table for a bit of holiday fun.
The Local Area
Located just a short drive from Braunton, with its independent shops, cafés and restaurants, the property is perfectly placed for exploring North Devon. Saunton Sands is just one mile away, which is an impressive, sandy beach popular for surfing and family days out. Saunton Golf Club is nearby, and Exmoor National Park offers stunning scenery for walking and exploring. A range of family attractions, including Watermouth Castle and Exmoor Zoo, are also within easy reach.
Please Note: Sanfield House is having a refurbishment during the Spring of 2026. This will add a downstairs bedroom, downstairs bathroom and open plan living area. It will also bring the overall sleeping capacity to 6 adults and 2 children. The current photographs are before the refurbishment has taken place, so these will not show the improvements.
