Sanfield House is set in an enviable position, surrounded by the glorious North Devon countryside. It benefits from sea views of Saunton Sands, one of the area's superb surfing beaches. Recently refurbished, this spacious, dog-friendly holiday home is ideal for families, with a large garden, generous living space and easy access to Saunton Beach and the wider North Devon coast.

Saunton Sands is just one mile away, which is an impressive, sandy beach popular for surfing and family days out. A range of family attractions, including Watermouth Castle and Exmoor Zoo, are also within easy reach.

Please Note: Sanfield House is having a refurbishment during the Spring of 2026. This will add a downstairs bedroom, downstairs bathroom and open plan living area. It will also bring the overall sleeping capacity to 6 adults and 2 children. The current photographs are before the refurbishment has taken place, so these will not show the improvements.

It was a difficult place to find but we were very happy when we finally arrived. The property was clean and welcoming.The grounds were lovely and very extensive, but well kept.We had a great time as the property was located in the middle of the area we wanted to visit.
