Overall it was a good experience. The night staff was ver accommodating, we wanted to get a drink, although it was already close to midnight, and he was nice and very helpful. Bathroom was a little dirty.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very courteous staff, but parking is very limited. We had to drive around the area for quite a while to find a space. Parking is not included as advertised. They have a very small lot which was full and double parked. City center location was noisy.

Location was good and the stay went well overall. Only thing is that attention to detail was a bit lacking. It felt like they weren’t really prepared for us to arrive to the room. The lights weren’t working properly and the shower soap that’s fixed on the wall was shut so we couldn’t get any soap out until we ourselves had to figure out how to open it. Just little things like that, but otherwise good.

Tolle Zimmer, tolles Frühstück!

Toll eingerichtete Zimmer, üppiges Frühstück, tolles Personal. Einzig, das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss hinter der Rezeption am Durchgangsflur, sodass ich sehr viele Geräusche wahrnahm. Aber ansonsten ein tolles Hotel!

Die Ausstattung des Hotels und insbesondere der Zimmer bedarf dringend einer Erneuerung. Leider fehlt die Liebe zum Details und auch für die Perfektion. Teilweise sind die Einrichtungen nur notdürftig hergerichtet bzw. repariert, Reklamationen wird sich nicht umgehend angenommen. Das Hasu entspricht m.M. Nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus.

Hade räknat fel på dagarna så det fick bli en extranatt. Fick behålla samma rum som önskat, slapp checka ut emellan. Bokade med frukost för att jag skulle åka tidigt. Tycker fortfarande att frukost är överprisat på hotell. Den var ok, men jag vill inte äta så mycket så att värdet är lika med priset på café.

Hotellet har möjlighet att välja städning dagen innan, bra för miljön. Min duschkabin läckte så att hela golvet blev blött. Ett fel de borde känna till, men som inte kan fixas i brådrasket, därför påtalade jag det inte. Garde handdukar att torka med.

La gloire passée

Obwohl ein ruhiges Zimmer (Suite) zugesagt war, hatte unser Zimmer eine direkte Verbindungstuer zum Nebenzimmer. Nach Reklamation hat man uns ein Mansardenzimmer angeboten mit einigen Problemen sicher für ein sogenanntes Vier Sterne Hotel.

Schöne Unterkunft nur lag mein Zimmer an der Treppe lautes reden die halbe nacht , Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden viel Strassenlärm aber statt der ausgerechneten 230 Euro von expedia musste ich 264 Euro bezahlen, unverschämt eine erneute Buchung über expedia kommt für mich nicht mehr in Frage
