Ideally located vacation rental with a fireplace in Braunlage. 1.5 km from Wurmberg, a 10-minute walk to the town center, with cross-country ski trails, bike paths, and hiking trails right in the vicinity. Sledding right by the house; thanks to its location on a dead-end street, there are great play areas for children. Barbecue area by the house, shared basement with foosball table, outdoor ping-pong table, outdoor seating on the property, laundry room with washer and dryer, dishwashers, ironing facilities, and a clothesline. Garages for skis, sleds, bikes, motorcycles, or strollers. There are 4 apartments, each with 4 beds or 1 apartment with 5 beds, making this an ideal option even for large groups. The cleaning fee includes bed linens (beds made), towels (1 shower towel and 2 additional towels per guest), and a shower mat.

Schöner Ort zum Erholen

Schöner Außenbereich zum Grillen und viele Angebote zum Spielen, wie Tischtennis, Dart und Kicker. Das Zentrum von Braunlage ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Kurzurlaub in Braunlage

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Braunlage, die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Viele Grüße L.S.

unkompliziert, solide Ausstattung und angenehme Lage

Wir hatten 2 der 4 Ferienwohnungen. Check-in und -out war äußert unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war super. In der Wohnung bzw. auf dem Gelände findet man alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt, sogar grillen im freien ist möglich. Das Ferienhaus mit den 4 Ferienwohnungen liegt am Ortsrand von Braunlage, was noch etwas mehr entschleunigt und ein kurzer Sparziergang in den Ortskern zu den Geschäften usw. ist schnell erledigt. vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt
