Location description:

The “Fühl dich wohl” vacation rental, located on the 1st floor, is right next to the Hasselkopfwiese, which is perfect for sledding, skiing, and snowboarding in the winter.
It’s also an excellent starting point for hikes or bike rides in the spring, summer, and fall. All shopping options are located right in town and are within walking distance.


Rooms and Amenities:

The 58 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom features a double bed and a large, spacious closet with a safe for your valuables. The living room features a spacious, comfortable sleeper sofa.
From the living room, you can step out onto the large west-facing balcony, where you can dine comfortably, relax, and enjoy the sun. From there, you’ll have a beautiful view of the Hasselkopfwiese and the Wurmberg.

A large LED TV with a DVD player in the living room is perfect for a cozy evening in front of the TV. You’ll also find a hi-fi system with a CD player, various board games, and a small library of books. The dining table is also located here, offering enough space for 4 people.

The open-concept kitchen-living room is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and drinks during your vacation, without being tied to set mealtimes. The kitchen features a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a handheld electric mixer, and a toaster. The spacious, modern bathroom has a large mirror, a hair dryer, and a rain shower.

You are welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book a linen package (shower towel, small towel, shower mat, bed linens, sheet) for 15 € per person.

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we are unable to provide a travel bed or rollaway bed for babies or toddlers.

The daily visitor’s tax for Braunlage (Braunlage visitor’s tax) is calculated based on the length of your stay. As of January 1, 2020, the visitor’s tax for Braunlage is 2.80 euros per adult per night and 1.55 euros per child per night. Children up to the age of 6, as well as every second and subsequent child in a family up to the age of 18, are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
With the visitor’s card, you have access to various recreational and spa facilities free of charge during your stay in Braunlage. In addition, you’ll receive a variety of discounts.
The visitor’s tax is to be paid on the day of arrival, upon key pickup at “Ferienbetreuung Annika.”
