BergButze 1 - Stunning views, great for active people, quiet, and super central!

Mountain cottage with comfortable furnishings including a separate bedroom, living room and large terrace.

A custom-made fitted kitchen with complete equipment awaits you in BergButze 1. Your bathroom with shower and window even has a hairdryer and toiletries (soap / shower gel).

Of course, the BergButze has a great dining table with chairs and a bench. Board games are available for entertainment.

You can sleep in our fantastic king-size box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) in the bedroom, with extra Swiss pine wood on the headboard for a restful night's sleep. Our wall bed (1.00 x 2.00 m) with a full-size mattress awaits you in the living room.


If you bring your baby, we will provide a baby cot (for children up to 4 years old, depending on their height) in the BergButze. A mattress is provided; please bring your own bedding, including the cot insert and fitted sheet. This service is, of course, free of charge for the youngest guests in the BergButze.

Each mountain cabin has its own lockable bike shed on the property. You can store your bikes, sleds, skis, etc. there.

Your parking space for your car or motorcycles is numbered and located directly in front of the door.

To help you relax after your long journey, we've provided a complimentary starter kit. You don't need to go shopping right away. This includes coffee, tea, one roll of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper, cleaning supplies, and a cleaning cloth. This is sufficient to get you started, and for restocking, you'll find addresses of local shops in our digital guest directory.

Additional fees will only apply for:

- our service fee of €75.00, which includes Wi-Fi, a parking space, a starter cleaning kit and the final cleaning of the BergButze.
- Arrival with a dog. We charge a one-time fee of €15.00 per dog for final cleaning; the overnight stay for the dog is free of charge.
- The tourist tax for adults (€3.05) and for children (€1.70) aged 6-17 years per person per day.

These fees are in addition to the accommodation cost. The gratuities is automatically included in the booking. If you are traveling with a dog, you must select this option. All costs will then be displayed during the booking process. You will receive a separate email from us regarding payment of the tourist tax.

A generous breakfast buffet awaits you at our partner hotel. You are welcome to take advantage of this offer for €15.90/€8.90 per person/child. A sign-up sheet will be on your table in your BergButze; simply register by 6 pm the day before. Payment is then made on site.

The BergButzen apartments are located on a quiet side street in Braunlage. The town center, with its many shops and restaurants, is a 5-minute walk away. Sights, attractions, and other destinations are easily accessible by car. The nearby Wurmberg mountain, with its aerial cableway, is also within walking distance.
