A spacious family vacation rental with a wonderful living room and cozy furnishings. Here, you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in a cozy atmosphere. There’s even a small terrace waiting for you. The kids sleep in exciting bunk beds (max. 60 kg per child) in the children’s bedroom. Adults can look forward to 2 bedrooms with large box-spring beds—1.80 x 2.00 m king-size.
The open-concept kitchen-living area, featuring a dining table with a bench, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV, is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Board games are provided for your entertainment.
The spacious bathroom features a window and includes a bathtub with a shower enclosure. Everything you need for a large family or two families who want to enjoy an active, sports-filled vacation in Braunlage with the whole gang. The bathroom even comes equipped with a hair dryer and toiletries (soap/shower gel).
The apartment is located in a very central, quiet area right in the heart of Braunlage.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s common area. You’re welcome to use them for a fee.
If you’re bringing a baby, we’ll provide a crib (for children up to age 4, depending on height) in your apartment. A mattress is provided; please bring your own bedding, mattress pads, and sheets. Of course, this service is free of charge for our youngest guests.
You’re welcome to store your bicycles, sleds, etc., in the lockable basement storage room.
You’ll find parking spaces for your car or motorcycles in the designated parking areas on the property.
To help you relax after a long journey, we’ve provided a complimentary starter kit. You don’t need to go shopping right away. It includes coffee, tea, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishcloths. This should be enough to get you started, and for restocking, you’ll find addresses for local shops in our digital guest guide.

—arriving with a dog. We charge a one-time fee of €15.00 per dog for final cleaning; the dog’s stay is free of charge.
- The tourist tax for adults (€3.05) and for children (€1.70) aged 6–17 per person per day.
These fees are in addition to the accommodation cost. The service fee is automatically included in the booking. If you’re traveling with a dog, you’ll need to select this option during the booking process. All costs will then be displayed at the time of booking. You’ll receive a separate email from us regarding payment of the visitor’s tax.
- A generous breakfast buffet awaits you at our partner hotel. For 15.90 euros per adult and 8.90 euros per child, you’re welcome to take advantage of this offer. There’s a sign-up sheet on the table in your BergButze where you can simply sign up by 6:00 PM the day before. Payment is then made on site.
The apartment is located on a quiet side street in Braunlage. The town center, with its many shops and restaurants, is a 5-minute walk away. Sights, attractions, and other destinations are easily accessible by car. The nearby Wurmberg, with its aerial cableway, is also within walking distance.
