Spanning a generous 77.37 square meters, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a bright entryway with a modern coat rack.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and a therapeutic infrared sauna with a starry sky and music connection—perfect for rejuvenating body and mind. The soothing warmth of the infrared rays helps relieve tension and allows you to wind down and relax at the end of a wonderful day.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed and nightstands, a dressing area with plenty of storage space, a large closet with a built-in safe and mirror, as well as two additional dressers.
The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area invites you to linger. The high-quality, modern kitchen is a true highlight and is equipped with an induction cooktop with a built-in range hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. For cozy breakfasts or light meals for two, there’s a small counter with two bar stools.
The dining room is furnished with a dining table and comfortable chairs for up to four people, while the living room features a high-quality, functional sofa with adjustable headrests and seat backs. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa that comfortably accommodates two additional guests.
