Very clean room, very helpful staff. Somewhat tricky to drive through the narrow streets. During working days, I think the parking will be an issue. Otherwise, excellent place and very quiet, too.

Stayed for a few days over New Year. Hotel was just a little walk away from the main square and castle. The room was spotless, bed was comfy and all other areas of the Hotel were of a high standard. The only negative was the breakfast was rather expensive at €24 each.

Despite the fact that we should have requested a crib before our arrival, our booking clearly indicated 2 adults and 1 baby (under 2 years old). However, there was no crib and no extra bed in our room. We had to wait until the second day to receive one, and even then, no quilt was provided. The glasses and coffee cups were not properly cleaned when we arrived in the room. The conditioner was never refilled during our stay and was only provided after we asked for it on the last day. The staff at breakfast is the most positive point — always smiling and very helpful.

I'm not sure why this hotel has so many five star reviews. To begin with, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything out on the hallways, the rooms next to you, as well as the rooms above you. We could hear the TV from the room next to us and footsteps (loud) from the room above. Despite calling the front desk to complain, nothing was solved. Then, the beds are uncomfortable. They are hard and its like no one ever bothered flipping them. ever. They just sink. Also, the area is not exactly in the old town; its right outside of it, despite what it looks like on the map.
