On the first floor, the living room, equipped with two high-end sofas, one of which is convertible (188x140 cm), offers an ideal space to relax in complete serenity.

A convivial table allows you to share your meals with up to 5 guests, while HD TV, fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.

A laundry area is at your disposal, you will find a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner.

A separate toilet and a bar complete this living space

The fully equipped kitchen combines practicality and modernity: hotplates with extractor, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
You also have everything you need to cook
The dishes are designed for 5 people
Consumables are at your disposal as well as the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, sugar).

☕ Breakfast offered: coffee, tea, still water, jam, Nutella, and some sweets to start the day off right.

Upstairs, two elegant bedrooms welcome you in a soft and relaxing atmosphere.
Each has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), an HD TV, wall lamps with built-in reading lights, functional storage, as well as air conditioning and heating for comfort in all seasons.

The bathroom The modern and spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower (160x90 cm), toilet, vanity unit with mirror and heated towel rail.
For your comfort, you will also find a hairdryer, a straightener and a laundry basket.

Linen is fully provided: towels, gloves, sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, duvets, bolsters
For your well-being, are available: soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
On the maintenance side, everything is provided: detergent, fabric softener, stain remover as well as cleaning kits.

👶 Baby equipment
A travel cot with mattress, fitted sheet, changing mat, small towel, night light and some toys are at your disposal.
On request, we can also provide a high chair, a bottle warmer or a bouncer.

🌿 Outdoor & parking
You can enjoy a private terrace, furnished from spring to autumn, with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments in the open air.

A private access allows you to reach the parking lot located about 30 metres from the accommodation. This one, uncovered and unenclosed, can accommodate up to two vehicles.
