I am an Expedia VIP member, and the property is supposed to provide a special welcome along with other perks. Not only was I denied all of those benefits, but I was also charged an extra fee for early check-in. It was a Sunday, and the property had many rooms available. I had to argue with the manager to have the fee reimbursed, and after considerable discussion, she agreed to refund the amount that had been improperly charged. I paid via PIX (cash) but as of now, I still have not received the refund. This appears highly questionable. Scheme? I am extremely disappointed and strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property.

Love the hotel, every time I stay in Brasilia this is the place to go. Breakfast is awesome, shower is great(very important in a hotel) beds are usually good but this time I got an older mattress but told the staff and they said they will take care of it.

Comfortable and clean with a great, varied breakfast but the highlight for us was the staff. We received the warmest of welcomes of Tiago. It was pouring rain when we came back to collect our bags from a day out and Kevin, Jailson and Paulo were so kind. We had already checked out but Kevin and the front desk staff grabbed us towels to dry off and offered us the lobby bathroom to change. Jailson and Paulo were so helpful bringing us in from the downpour and with our massive bags. Thank you all, we had a great stay!
