Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

Conversation over food is the best! The dining area features a 4-person dining table, and seating for 2 at the kitchen island while preparing meals. Don't forget about the outdoor seating for 2.

The Cliffs Community:

Community Outdoor Waterfall Pool, Charcoal BBQ grills, Picnic Tables and Fire-pit This condo building is located right next door to the outdoor seasonal pool.

-Lower level condo-stairs are required (approximately 12)
-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL (<40lbs), ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets must be completely house trained (no puppy pads), are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors, leashed and picked up after outside, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
