Disappointing stay — needs major improvement My experience at Oak Ridge at Branson was very disappointing. The room was old and worn, with noticeable cleanliness issues that made it uncomfortable. No breakfast was offered during my stay, even though I expected basic amenities. The most concerning part was being stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes until help arrived. It was an unpleasant and stressful situation, and staff didn’t seem prepared to handle it. Overall, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here until major updates and safety checks are made.

The room was clean but the bathroom was dated. Also the only power outlets near the bed were directly behind the bed frame and the two lamps were plugged into them. There was no where to plug in phone chargers or cpap/oxygen medical equipment for use while asleep. Very inconvenient.

Very quiet which was good. My husband had to repair the toilet. Both the bathroom sink faucet and the tub faucet leaked. The bathroom sink was heavily stained from leakage - not very appetizing. We were told that we would be charged $5 each if we didn’t return the room keys…pretty tacky.

For the price it was a good deal but there was no hot water in the shower no shower curtain in the room they moved us to and the pool was closed and I wasn't aware of that.

This place definitely needs some updating! I booked a 1 bedroom they had a tiny tv in the bedroom the front area looks updated but the rooms are not the mattress in the room I had definitely needed to be replaced it was lopsided and the sheets were beaded up. It’s a great area great staff but the owners to go ahead and put some work into the place really

Everything we need

This is an older hotel which has been refreshed. Fresh paint, new flooring, replaced fixtures and furnishings. It's a little dated but extremely clean. We have stayed here many times and it feels like home. Front desk employees and friendly and helpful. There is no daily housekeeping, all we have to do is ask and housekeeping is cheerfully provided. Definitely will stay here in the future.

It’s CHEAP for a reason!!

Upon checkin, was told there is no housekeeping service during the week. If you need clean towels, bring your dirty ones to front desk to exchange. Maintenance leaves at 4:00pm, so if you need anything, it will be the next day. No breakfast service.
