We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office worker didnt seem to worried that we had nothing while waiting to get back into our room.

Although I had confirmed our reservation and got the confirmation email, when we arrived they said they couldn't give us our rooms because the cleaning service wasn't finished. When we came back three hours later, they said they didn't have rooms for us.

Clean and the staff was friendly. We arrived at 5 p.m. and we were asked to come back in about an hour because the room was not cleaned - or receive a cancellation. The breakfast mainly just had bread products (not like danishes, etc. More like raisin bread, wheat and white bread and waffles and cereals.) There was never any gravy, eggs (except one day) or bacon/sausage as mentioned in some of the reviews. The pool was closed until 5 p.m. Howard Johnson's used to be known for their great breakfasts. Not what I was expecting.

the hotel is run down and dirty. Breakfast bar was not as advertised. most days was out of most items. when we turned our dirty towels in they had no clean wash cloths. i will tell all our visiting friends not to stay at this hotel.

No Room!!! I will never book through expedia again. You cant promise a room to a place like Branson, when soneone is traveling and now they have to stay in there car!!! I will always recommend to everyone i talk to never to book 3rd parties again! Bad bad bad idea. Its not about the money, its about the inconvenience.

Lobby closed early and could t get in contact with anyone for awhile. Had some crazies in the parking lot and obviously there is structural problems with the whole place because there was an inch gap. Our door. We could see into the hallway with it closed.

We didn’t stay. We walked in the room, saw the run down condition and smelled the old stale ash tray smell from the 80s and left. I was not able to get a refund, but I cut my losses and stayed elsewhere. Don’t stay here. It’s awful.

The room smelled like stinky feet and fish. We normally enjoy the stay but this wasn't to happy. Room looked like one bed wasn't changed and had dirty socks in the closet area. Was really disappointed this time around no towels in the pool area and someone was supposed to bring some and never did and the pool is supposed to be heated and it wasn't. Would have stayed in another hotel with heated pool if they would have told me this as we wanted to swim.

It was a very cheap stay for us But you get what you pay for No new towels or toilet paper for 4 night stay Had to hunt someone down to get any on the last day Ac unit was just a wall unit stuck in wall and you could see daylight all around it and it was cold so cold air seeping through Tub took forever to drain
