The room smelled like stinky feet and fish. We normally enjoy the stay but this wasn't to happy. Room looked like one bed wasn't changed and had dirty socks in the closet area. Was really disappointed this time around no towels in the pool area and someone was supposed to bring some and never did and the pool is supposed to be heated and it wasn't. Would have stayed in another hotel with heated pool if they would have told me this as we wanted to swim.

It was a very cheap stay for us But you get what you pay for No new towels or toilet paper for 4 night stay Had to hunt someone down to get any on the last day Ac unit was just a wall unit stuck in wall and you could see daylight all around it and it was cold so cold air seeping through Tub took forever to drain

The room was okay. There was hardly any lighting. No microwave. We were there for 7 days and not once did they come in to bring towels, toilet paper or empty any trash cans. We had to go get our own towels and toilet paper. I was really surprised because it was a nice looking hotel.

Yes, the room was lacking. The patio door would not lock. We asked for towels and could not get them. We couldn't get the shower to work. There was a secret to it. The service people were really polite and tried thier best. But, when you only have 2 cleaning people for over a 100 rooms, it's tuff to complete everything. The breakfast room was dirty and no food at 9am.

The jetted tub in my room was great and plentiful hot water! The room was clean however very dated! The breakfast was awful and we didn’t attempt it after the first day! Overall the stay was good!

Pillows were filled with a batting of some sort. Toilet was super low. No one came to clean the room or empty trash on a daily basis. Pot was smoked in room above us. Noise level was terrible. People talking very loud all night. Kids running around, hopping on beds and up and down stairs all night. Could not wait to leave. Felt very unsafe there.
