Smell motel

Bad smelling room and areas around the rooms. Stan carpet. Bed smell funky and look like something was growing on it. Run down looking motel. It's not a hotel.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub and the way it looked. But to our surprise when we arrived the pool and hot tub were closed, the ice machine on our side of the building was broke, we had to walk to the other building if we wanted any. The big breakfast they also talk about was terrible. Not worth the price at all!

BED BUGS!! found bed bugs and crumbs in our bed! and found roaches in the pool room, pool was NASTY. We literally handed them a bed bug in a napkin and they’re claiming they don’t have bed bugs and will not refund us. do not stay here!!

This was a last minute booking so we decided to stay here based on the pictures and reviews. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in the lobby was filthy. Our room smelled like urine. Housekeeping only serviced the room one of the days we stayed and when they did they only half-way made up one bed and left the other bed completely undone. Don’t stay here. There are other inexpensive hotels off of the strip that look much better maintained.

I booked the property for the indoor pool which was dirty just like the room with a little Mr. Clean and some paint this could be a very nice place. It seems Branson as a whole is going down the tubes. Kind of sad
