- The home has an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- The communal outdoor hot tub and indoor pool are open year-round.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
