Welcome to Highland Retreat, a spacious 3BR/3BA Pointe Royale condo that sleeps up to 10 guests and gives families and groups plenty of room to relax after a day in Branson.



With 2 king bedrooms, an open loft-style 3rd bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, a stand-up arcade, private deck and access to Pointe Royale’s year-round indoor pool and resort amenities, Highland Retreat is a comfortable home base for families, couples and multi-family trips.

PET POLICY



Dogs are considered with prior approval only.



- One small-to-medium adult, low-shedding dog

- $25/night non-refundable pet fee

- Dog must be fully housetrained

- Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds

- Dog must be leashed and picked up after outside

- Dog must be kenneled when left unattended

- Dog must not be a persistent barker or whiner when left alone

- Current flea and tick treatment is required

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES



To help our cleaning team prepare the home for the next guests, we ask that the following check-out procedures be completed:



- Set heat to 60° or A/C to 75°. During June through August, please leave A/C running at 70°.

- Remove garbage from bathrooms and kitchen and take all trash to one of the blue dumpsters.

- Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

- Make sure all windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.

- Optional: If time allows, start one load of towels in the washing machine. Our cleaning team will transfer them to the dryer.

- Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Lost or removed key cards are subject to a $20 replacement charge per card.

- Take a final look around for personal belongings and chargers.

- Return all remotes to their designated rooms.



Highland Retreat combines the space of a 3BR/3BA condo with the amenities of Pointe Royale, making it a great choice for families and groups who want indoor and outdoor pools, recreation and easy access to Branson attractions.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Netflix and a video-game console are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Spring Break Birthday Celebration

My family had a great time at the Highland retreat. The place was very cozy and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the games they provided and the facilities, especially playing pickle ball. The owner was very helpful when I had to text and ask a few simple questions and the beds are very compfy. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful Vacation!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. Its efficient lay out had plenty of beds and space for family. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Pointe Royale

The unit was very clean and well equipped! The swimming pools were also an added bonus! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have bathrooms for each sleeping space! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups and utensils. It was nice to have an in unit washer and dryer as well. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time!

The property was clean and nice. Had a couple of issues. Couch had spots, dirty baseboard in dining room. The area is nice. I did not realize there were stairs, but we made it.

Great condo

From check in to check out was very simple and convenient with a door code. Pointe Royale is a beautiful community everyone there is nice and accommodating. The condo itself was very clean and we had plenty of room the Pac-Man video game was a hit with the grandkids. The charcoal grill by the lake and park was beautiful and a great spot to picnic. Will definitely be back

On Point!!!

This property was very nice and meet all of our needs. The master bed was TERRIFIC, I obviously did not try the others, but heard no complaints. Each bedroom having its own bath was a bonus and the video game took it over the top, for not only the children, but some childish adults!!!! 😬
