when i arrived at approximately 430 pm there was no one at entrance. Door was locked and i had to press a ringer and a man showed up at a window with an open space in which to insert my ID. No smile or welcome etc. To me the room i was in was "considered a suite'. The picture shown on website showed a suite (but it did not say " jacuzzi suite" (false pic).Room was clean except there was a stain of some sort on a sheet of one of the beds. When i went to check out, next day at 930am, again door was locked and no one in sight for checkout. went to drive away and a man came out from somewhere and took my key. no smile or thank you for staying with us!

A bit away from the busy main area, had to drive through some small mountain road but not too far away. Especially close to silver dollar city. Room was simple, looks pretty clean generally, some small details says otherwise, like pillow stains, fridge smells etc, room dosen't smell though, that's a relief. Not sound proof, but the AC voice block out small noise generally. Had a fridge and microwave, simple room at affordable price. Very limited breakfast option but better than nothing. Had waffle machine, toast, cereal, coffee, orange and apple juice. The gravy and muffin kinda weird nobody is touching those. Wish they would change it to eggs or sausages.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have used some more options for protein as it was very carb heavy (as are many hotel breakfast buffets). We felt safe parking and staying here and would atay again.

Lets begin with checkin, we were not allowed to enter the lobby, we had to go to a half/door check in window upon arrival. The room was drafty, curtain was in poor shape, minimal blankets so it was cold sleeping, two flat pillows. Was asked if we needed room service for the following day (we stayed two nights) and i said "no" and the attendant said "good because i dont have one tomorrow". Interesting stay. The breakfast was not good. There was one waffle maker.

The suites (We rented three for our extended family!), were clean, easy to access, allowed a service animal, convenient to where we spend the most time when we were down here and we LOVE the jetted tubs!!! Staff is friendly and always available!

Checked in at 9:30 after spending day at Silver Dollar City...which is conveniently only 5 minutes away. Door to lobby was locked so had to check in through a window. I must've interrupted the guy's nap or tv show because he seemed annoyed that I was there. Room was not in great condition. Shower rod falling apart. Holes in curtains. Dirt on doors and floorboards. Bed was comfortable but pillows were terrible. Room did have a large refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Chose to skip breakfast as the condition of our room made us fear what their kitchen may look like. We booked the room based on proximity to SDC and attractive pricing. You get what you pay for.

Great location, basic clean room; when you're spending the whole day at Silver Dollar City you didn't need frills in a room that come with a huge cost. Mini fridge, microwave, comfy bed. Hot breakfast good, owners very attentive with our family of 10. Will definitely stay again!

Great location for visiting Silver Dollar City. Tub was dirty and dripped. Breakfast is all carbs, no protein, not even peanut butter. Still a good deal for the price because of how close it is to SDC.
