New vinyl planks floor, Ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms and living room, walk-in shower in master bath. Appliances & toilets new in 2022. Condo is below parking lot level with 3 steps up and 17 steps down. But you can walk around on the grass and not have to take the steps down. Located mile south of Hwy 76 strip.

We loved everything about the condo! Location, cleanliness! It was perfect for our family of four. Our one and only complaint is there was only one extra roll of TP and with three girls it didn’t go far! But that’s it!

Great rental, the only difficulty we had was finding it when we arrived. Since we were on the lowest floor and arrived during the night, having no lights turned on at the door to see the numbers was a little challenging, had to step off the car and look for the rental #.

This condo looked so inviting on the VRBO website and the cost was very reasonable, so I booked it. Lo and behold, it was the same condo that we rented two or three years ago. It is very nicely decorated, clean, and close to the strip and the shopping center. It was very easy to reserve and access. We plan to be returning and I took a card this time so we will be sure to reserve this particular condo again.
