The Space:

Welcome to Makin’ Memories, a spacious 1,300 square foot home with on-site amenities that allows you to enjoy your vacation in Branson in style. With the prime location, beautiful decorations, and high-end furnishings found throughout, this home just might turn into your annual retreat.



The open-concept design gives direct sightlines between the living room, dining area, and kitchen - optimal for enjoying each other's company. The living room offers ample seating with one sofa turning into a Queen-size sofa sleeper. The room also features a TV and access to the outside patio. The covered patio offers furniture and is a great space to enjoy a slow morning or evening drinks and hor 'doeurves.



Back inside, the large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up scrumptious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and more are available for your convenience. The extended counter is perfect for extra prep space with help from fellow guests or day-to-day casual dining. To enjoy more formal meals together, a dining table for 6 is steps away.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Wherever you land, it’s sure to be cozy with each space furnished with luxe linens.



Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, Smart TV, patio access, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a massive vanity and a shower/jetted tub combo.

- First floor walk down required 16 steps.

- Parking is for 2 unassigned spaces (First come, first served).

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Great Place, just needs to be cleaned better.

Overall it was good. Had alot of extra little things like toys, books, pack n play, etc. The only negative thing i would note was the floor was super dirty. Felt like the floors hasnt been sweeped or mopped in a while. Our socks would get crusty and our feet would be black. Definitely needs to have the floor deeped cleaned.

Quick Anniversary Getaway

Great property far enough off the strip but close enough to get to everything relatively quickly. The Foothills community is quiet which is what we were looking for. It is 10-15 minutes to the Landing and 15-20 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge. We would stay here again if we make it back.

Home away from home

We thoroughy enjoyed this home for our post-Christmas vacation. The condo was clean and welcoming upon our arrival with the fireplace going. The only thing that was not great were the beds, but this is a personal preference. Both beds were extremely soft, which caused my husband to sleep on the sofa all of the nights after the first one because his back hurt so bad the following morning. If were to ever come back to Branson, we would stay here again.

Great property. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t lack for anything. All necessities included. Looks new. Great location. This property is ground level but you do have to use stairs to access and since on ground the view is limited. Condo very nice and floors looked clean but could use better cleaning.

Ultimate stay!

We were more than pleased with the accommodations at this condo. They had everything you could possibly have wanted as far as conveniences. We were in awe of how nice it was from the furniture to the bedding to the kitchen conveniences to the supplied games/entertainment and more! It was in a very easy location to get to everything, and the surroundings were very peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and lots of space!

We loved the amount of space in this condo. It allowed us to spreadout and feel at home. With this being a bottom unit, we did end up with people staying above us, for the last 2 days/nights, and we could definitely hear their footsteps, late at night and early in the morning. We had an issue with the floors not being clean, but Chris was very nice and remedied the situation. Unfortunately the condo association does not heat the indoor pool during the "summer" and the outdoor pool water was quite cold, since it was early June and had not been that hot yet. The hot tub was also not heated, so that left us with ZERO amenities to use at the condo. I had specifically searched for a condo with an indoor pool, knowing that we might have cold and rainy days, only to find out it was freezing and not heated. Very disappointed. The location was close to all of the attractions and there is a grocery store and Walmart very close, which was very convenient.
