• Pets must be leashed outside at all times

• All pet waste must be picked up (failure to do so results in a $75 fee)

• Pets must be on flea and tick prevention

The condo was nice and very spacious with great decor as well as comfortable. The host responded quickly to all questions. The kids absolutely loved the pools. The grounds were beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed. Only comment, I was just surpised there were no condiments in the fridge.

Communication was fantastic, host was very helpful. I didn’t feel like the property listing was very accurate. The photos must be older as there are lots of dings in the walls, even a couple of holes in the wall. Could tell that it was cleaned, but really needs some maintenance & a deep cleaning. Overall a nice property and good stay, but does feel like a lot of for the quality of the condo.

Great place, great location

Great place and the location was perfect if you were looking to get off the beaten path. Minutes from everything with a great view and a great hiking trail down by the water. The condo itself was very nice but not enough lighting and the inside needs to be painted badly. Kitchen is set up for all your needs.
