Front desk was wonderful at check in! Breakfast was very good, sometimes ran out of utensils but it was busy. The housekeeping was non-existent! I understand if they don’t want to give fresh towels daily unless asked but they did nothing!! No garbage emptying, no cleaning of any kind. It got a bit gross after 5 days, 4 nights.

This is an older hotel but don't let that bother you. It was fantastic. Great location, very clean, and really nice for a lower price. The gentleman in the lobby was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The 24hr Denny's next door deserves a shout out too!

Our stay this year was VASTLY different from last year. We were placed in the room directly across from the laundry room. We got to hear the hotel staff arriving for their early morning shift and as they began their work day. The beds were TERRIBLE! It felt as if we were going to roll off of the bed and had to sleep at an angle in our bed just to remain in the bed itself. The door to our patio would not open at all. This is a SAFETY issue. Guests should always have an alternate escape route in the event of a fire. Branson has a lot of hotel options, and I think that we'll be looking at a different option on our next visit. Overall, this visit was VERY DISAPPOINTING!
