The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't realize we had to request housekeeping in order for someone to come in to make beds and replace towels, but staff is accommodating. Breakfast was pretty standard, but quite a few selections are available. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay.

Awesome experience

This is a great place to stay. Upon checking in, we were greeted with a warm smile. The room was perfect and we took full advantage of the jacuzzi in the room.

Hotel was situated in a steep valley and parking lot was steep. However, a lot of hotels in Branson are that way. I would recommend any potential guest check out "the lay of the land" before booking. Staff was indifferent, housekeeping is non existent unless you ask for it. Our bathroom was very small with barely enough room to turn around. We didn't like the food at the "free" breakfast. Our room was very clean though.

Coffee great. Do not expect biscuits, gravy or bacon. Disappointing. Balcony view not worth the extra money unless you enjoy watching traffic on Rt 76. The flickering street light made it impossible to stay outside.

Very clean but the room smelled like a dog even though they do not allow dogs on the 5th floor. Beds were not comfortable. Too soft and bumpy for us. Breakfast just a normal hotel buffet. Staff was very friendly

Okay but need better breakfast

Room was on the small side. With the luggage cart in the room you could not get past it. Breakfast was very marginal. Food was good but limited and not what we were told to expect when we checked in.

This hotel was the cleanest I have ever seen a hotel and the people were full of hospitality! Coffee and cookies in the evening, ready to help when anyone needed it. I witnessed how the workers took care in their jobs and the guests. Breakfast was hot and ready, coffee flowed. I have been telling all my friends about this fabulous find in Branson!
