Overall the hotel could use a refresh. Hotel is in a great location to go to entertainment events and restaurants. It was quiet at night with adequate outdoor lighting for late night arrivals. Staff was polite and courteous.

Our room was clean, except for the carpet - owner really needs to clean the room carpet as well as the halls, they were bad. Breakfast was plentiful but it’s the same everyday. In a resort place like Branson, people stay multiple days - a change would be great. One add that is definitely needed are grab handles in the tub area; many older people stay here - please help them so no one gets injured. Staff was very helpful in all aspects. I was surprised that when they “refreshed” our room during our 4-day visit, they only emptied garbage & exchanged towels. They did not make our beds, very unusual.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We did have significant trouble with our keys, which quit working several times. The front desk was helpful and prompt to help, but it was still a bother. The breakfast didn’t offer much decent protein, but other than that, it was a good stay.
