Our room was so clean! We have stayed there one time before when we were in Branson. We were so happy that it wasn’t just a fluke that everything was so positive at that time. It was just as good this time. The staff is very nice And friendly and so eager to help.

We had to switch rooms, but the room in the main building was excellent. Staff was accommodating and the coffee was great in the dining area. If you're looking for something that is not too expensive, it's worth the stay and the value of the price.

The front desk staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating. The hot tubs in the pool area were clean and amazing. There are rules clearly posted in the pool area. Parents need to abide by them with their children so other guests may also enjoy the pool. Parking was plentiful. Lobby and breakfast area were clean and inviting.

When I checked out the hotel online, I saw a very nice building that I wanted to stay in so I made reservations. When we arrived I did not get to stay in the building that I saw online. They stuck us down the hill in a completely different building that wasn't so nice looking. Dissappointed in that. But the stay was ok.

Parking area was safe & spacious. The dining area was open and available until 11P, which wss great for eating our late night pizza order, had access to silverware, plates, & napkins. Allowed us a 2 hour late check-out, which was super helpful b/c my husband & son had a morning fishing trip and needed an opportunity to clean up afterwards. Staff was very helpful & friendly. The only thing that was slightly inconvient was they ran out of many breakfast items.
