Beautifully updated space in a bright unit with two bedrooms with queen beds and attached bathrooms.

This is an open-concept space decorated with your comfort in mind. The condo has been completely updated, and the comforts of home have been provided. All spaces are updated, and linens are new. We work hard to ensure cleanliness and provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable: quality towels, linens, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Located only five minutes from the center of the Branson strip and just a couple of minutes' drive to several restaurants and attractions - this is a fantastic central location! This is a second floor unit with no neighbors above you.

If you enjoy golf, we are right next door to the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Course - open to the public and absolutely beautiful.

We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40 lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee (per stay, one-time charge) which will be charged separately after you book the property. Please let us know about your dog when booking.

The wonderful Fall Creek Marina is only a 10-minute walk from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer. You can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country.

You will have full use of the entire condo and the balcony. The only shared spaces are parking (you are allowed a max of two vehicles) and the charcoal bbq area. The grill is located directly in front of the building.

There are stairs to this condo. This home has a standard hot water heater and you will need to account for that much like in your own home. If you run out of hot water, please wait 45 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers etc.

We are local hosts and are happy to respond and assist you if needed. Please reach out if there is anything that doesn't meet your expectations.

The house was very responsive and easy to reach, which we really appreciated. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for our needs, the location was great. We did run into a couple of minor cleaning and maintenance issues with the dishwasher and dust under the TV stand, but we were able to get them sorted out. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated the host’s communication and hospitality.

Nice Quiet Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. I always worry what neighbors will be like when renting a condo, but this place was nice and quiet. Quiet neighborhood too. Nice views of the golf course from the back porch. We had some issues with regulating the hot water in both of the showers while there, but Christene was very responsive and had the issues addressed in short order.
