I understand that they serve a continental breakfast but I do wish they had more protein options. Everything else for the most part was pre packaged. Overall was not terrible but could be improved.

Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment.

We were so excited to stay at the Ozarker and had been there before. After we checked in, we were informed that the outdoor heated pool was broken and that was the main reason we chose to stay there. The staff was not friendly. The breakfast is ok but the toaster was broken. Probably won’t go back.

The room was clean, however there was an odor in the bathroom that was a bit unpleasant. We sprayed some room spray and it was better. Otherwise, we love staying here at the Ozarker Lodge and have stayed several other times where the rooms have been very clean. The staff was so very welcoming and nice.

The hotel and was so cute, the staff was very nice. They had the cutest Coffee Shop/ Bar area. Lots of firepits outside to sit and enjoy. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because we had a room on the bottom floor and the floor was concrete with a rug instead of flooring or carpet like shown in the pictures. They were very clean but the pictures are just a little misleading about this. I would still stay here again.
