Not handicap assessible

The manager of property knew that I needed a handicap assessible unit for my husband's wheelchair. When I was looking at the options that fit all of my filters in the request, her property came up, but was not handicap assessible. Had multiple emails with manager stating that my husband was in a wheel chair, and never was told it wasn't.an accessible room. My husband's wheelchair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. The picnic and bbq area was so steep I almost fell just looking at the bbq pit. the supplies in the kitchen were very limited. It had a pizza cutter, but nothing to put a pizza on. There were not cookie sheets of any kind, The manager did offer to refund our money, to leave but was unable to find another space with short notice.

went back 4 times before i was able to check in. every thing was as advertised. nice pool nice outdoor areas. had washer and dryer fridge and stove in room.

Very nice place

It is a good place to stay. There are activities but we didn't use any of them
