The condo was very clean and stylish! Comfortable for a little mother/daughter girls trip. The location is great and walking distance to the landing. Plenty of amenities for a weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This was one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. VERY CLEAN! Close to the landing and everything else! We were in Branson for the State Archery Tournament and it was very easy to get to the convention center for there. The only thing was my son pulled out the couch to see if he wanted to sleep there and there were a little bit of crumbs in the crease of the couch.

What a bummer, honestly. We booked this place months in advance and were very much looking forward to staying here based on other reviews. The listing says that the space accommodates 4. This is inaccurate. There is a king bed and then a futon. The host claims that there is a double sleeper sofa. There is an Ikea sleeper sofa, which provides a sleeping surface of about 32 x 54 inches (a standard twin futon is 39 x 75). The king bed platform was broken to the point that we were fighting not to slide off the bed all night, and the floors were not clean. We decided to abandon our plans to stay there completely and secured a more comfortable location for the weekend. Customer service was responsive, but lacked empathy or helpfulness. They did offer to fix the king bed, but insisted that the unit provided accommodations for 4 even after being provided with photos. There were only three travelers in our party and the space didn’t offer any of us a comfortable or restful space. I was eventually able to secure a refund, but it took days. Not sure if hotels.com or the host are the issue there, but the situation did bleed into several days of our trip. Super disappointed overall.
