The cabin itself was ok, the furniture is a little broken down but i could've looked past that for the price. The jet tub didn't work so we didn't get to use that. The timer on the fireplace stuck on so the cabin got up to 80 degrees. Half way through our trip we noticed that we didnt have hot water so i called the office and was told that i would have to wait until the next day for someone to come look at the water heater. (This is in january when well over 50% of the cabins are vacant) they could have easily moved us to another cabin but they refused. The next day the plumbers show up around 4pm and i have to listen to them bang around under the cabin for several hours. They were working in the utility room with the water heater and furnace and were smoking so my whole cabin smelled like cigarette smoke. (My wife is 6 months pregnant at the time). I didnt recieve a discount or anything for the inconvenience. The daytime staff was apologetic and polite but didn't offer anything to make up for the ruined trip. The night staff is rude and unhelpful. I'll choose a different place to stay next time. This could have been a very pleasant stay but unfortunately for us it didnt turn out that way. Im very understanding and i know things break, but the unwillingness to make it right is unacceptable.

The kitchen lacked in utensils. No measuring spoons no measuring cups. No pans to bake with only one sauce pan. There were only very small glasses to drink with. The television in one of the bedrooms did not work, no sound. And in the bedroom loft area, the lamp had no knob therefore you could not turn a light on. I would stay there again because it was a nice layout, but next time I will know to bring my own utensils and things to cook with.

We like this location because it is close to the entertainment district as well as dining options. We like the fact that it is nestled among the trees so you feel like you are out in the country. The unit we stayed in needs to have a deep clean at some point. We also had to point out that the faucet in the shower fell off in our hands as well as the lightbulb was out in the toilet room, which made it totally dark in that space. There was a leak in the refrigerator. They also had a cupboard panel off of the particular bathroom as well just leaning against it. Maintenance came within 30 minutes to replace the lightbulbs. Of course the other issues will need to be fixed before the next guest arrive. None of this stopped us from having a great trip and we will continue to stay at this property.

The cabin layout was great and location was ideal. It was comfortable and the king beds were a big win. I agree with previous guests that the carpet could stand to be replaced, there were a few loose tiles, etc. With that being said, we would stay there again.

Had tasteful decor and great layout. Convenient to all attractions. Stocked fairly well. King mattresses need to be replaced however. They sink to the middle. But overall the cabin was great.

We had a terrible cabin. The carpet was SO dirty we didn’t even take our shoes off!! The sinks wouldn’t drain, the bedroom door wouldn’t fully open, the bathroom door drug so bad it made a horrible noise. The downstairs bathroom pocket door wouldn’t hardly open or close to the extent that I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. It was awful for what we paid for our stay. Go somewhere cheaper. You’ll be glad you did.
