Couldn’t get app for directions to work. Couldn’t get shuttle app to work. Went to ToR and was told wrong information by driver. The only way we got back to BC was the lady at the information desk went out of her way to help us get a shuttle. She said the number she had didn’t work either, but she called till she found out the right number. Ended up not eating anywhere for dinner because we couldn’t get apps to work

It was a beautiful property with so many places to explore. A little disappointed that our shuttle driver took us to a restaurant on the property that was closed and drove off. Wasted most of a morning on this mistake. Also could not find the hiding place for the ice bucket. Luckily the housekeeping staff manager who spoke English showed us where to look. We also had a run in with a frog in the hot tub that was full of debris. In their defense it stormed that afternoon and no one checked the pool and hot tub after. We will definitely be back as it was relaxing and beautiful.

Property dated. Cottage small for the price. Rented a cabana and service was mediocre. Front desk gave wrong directions to cottage at check in and wouldn’t provide assistance when we locked ourselves out of the room. We had to return to the front desk only to be told we should have called and they would have brought us the key. First time to visit, will be the last. Not worth the hype.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Big Cedar. Lots of activities and clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was stellar. Friendly and Helpful. I have to say that the value was not all that great. My room was $600 give or take, and it was nothing special. Again, it was a great place and I would return. The value was my only gripe.
