Friendly staff provided an upgrade / alternative room when originally reserved room was discovered in less than desirable condition. Self-serve continental breakfast selections were as advertised in hotel reviews. Relatively good selection if you're seeking basics (fruit, cereal, yogurt, make-your-own pancakes, juice, banana bread, etc.) Staff on duty during breakfast worked hard to keep things fresh and clean. Our room, located at street level, was far from quiet. Road traffic no more than about 100 ft from our room. Overall facility is outdated and in need of repair. The hotel, built on a hill, may not be considered easily accessible, or even desirable, for those who are mobility challenged. Location was good for nearby attractions and shopping. The hotel was reasonably sufficient for our one-night stay. The reserved price had me thinking there must be a less expensive alternative with similar, if not better, accommodations nearby.

Rooms are so small and beds are tinny , I couldnt fit my 3 kiddos and me in a room that supposed to have 2 king beds but we ended up with a small room with 2 tinny i wouldnt even say queen size beds

Arrived to less than favorable conditions per their photos. Rooms were very small for the amount spent. No room cleaning the following morning, had to get my own sheets, coffee and shampoo the following morning. Breakfast was good.
