Starting with positives: The staff was very nice. Good breakfast. Now for the negative: I don’t think the floors in the rooms have been mopped, like ever. They were absolutely disgusting, my socks were black after walking around the room for less than an hour. We probably won’t come back.

Other than the key card system consistently deactivating our cards our stay was great. The staff was very friendly especially Eddie, the maintenance guy. He went out of his way to greet us everyday. We had a low tire when leaving, he helped to ensure we were taken care of before he left from his shift. We will definitely stay here again.

Beds were hard, breakfast was okay but not fresh fruit or vegetables, pool seemed dark and not super clean. Only small pool towels most of the time. The first room we had the shower door didn’t stay shut and you could see outside the door because the weather stripping wasn’t good. It was an okay place but could be cleaner.

Breakfast has lots of options. Room was decent but we did find a roach in our room. We were roomed in a different building. New room had lots of condensation around the door frame and window. Water dripped on head when we walked in at midnight after being moved. Beds were not good. Very hard. In both rooms. Staff were very accommodating.

The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was better than average for sure; lots of variety. The room was quiet, and the whole property was surprisingly quiet considering the location. We liked getting fresh towels and having our trash emptied and beds made daily. We loved having the Game Show Network. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. It’s weird that the room keys can be de-magnified by cell phones. I have never had that happen at another hotel. The gift shop was never open when we were there. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We have been here before and would definitely stay here again.
