It might not look like much on the outside, but we were pleased with how spacious the room is! We've been coming to Branson for 30 plus years, and I belive we have found our go to hotel!! Plus, we also love your Econo Lodge!!

The property was ok. Easy access to activities. Not as clean as I would prefer. Lots of smoking around the rooms and people sitting outside smoking in any area. Would prefer a designated area as our room had a smoke smell in it from the people around us. The interior of our room was remodeled but the floor was not clean and neither was the sink or toilet.

When we arrived the man that checked us in was friendly but didn't provide any information about breakfast or where it was located. We found our room and when we got in it was dirty and there was a roach in the bathroom. I didn't make coffee since the maker was very dirty. There were splatters of something on the wall and garbage on the floor around the trash can that was never cleaned up. We did not use the shower since all the towels had hair on them. We only stayed 1 night, if it would have been reserved for more we would have gone somewhere else but we got in later than expected and just wanted to sleep. We did not eat breakfast there. We figured with the way the room looked and roaches we wouldnt risk it. Just glad there were no bed bugs.

There were holes in wall, sink couldn't drain, breakfast was the same every morning and there wasn't any fruit and it took them forever to fill up the empty food containers.

The check in receptionist was very abrupt and rude with all customers. No smile, no friendliness. We came in at 2 p.m. and she abruptly stated we could not check in until 3 which was fine except her attitude was very unprofessional. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Won't stay again.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about our stay is the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nasty. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the floor was dirty looking and there was black moldy looking stuff around the bottom of tub. When we opened the door to the room, it smelled! Good thing we only spent one night this time. The front desk staff were nice and friendly, and check-in was easy, but I won't stay here again.
